Is Gamification for you?

We recently discussed the matter of e-commerce and whether it’s right for every brand. Today, I thought we’d take the digital discussion to the next level and raise the issue of gamification.

Gamification is a way for brands to offer awards, badges and other fun ways to reward and recognize influencers, through mobile apps and platforms. But like any marketing strategy, gamification needs a (pardon the pun) game plan — and a good one.
